A-On HB startar förmedling av nederländsk arbetskraft till företag i Västerås
A-On satsar nu på att hjälpa världsledande företag baserade i Västerås att hitta den kompetens de behöver för att kunna fortsätta att utvecklas och växa i Västerås. En av A. Ons grundare har själv sin bakgrund i Nederländerna och kommer att med hjälp av sin erfarenhet av att flytta till Sverige och ta anställning här samt de kontakter han fortfarande har i sitt gamla hemland vara en viktig länk för A-Ons kompetensförmedling.

A-On offers a kick-start for those who want to move to Sweden.
It all started with the emigration of one of the owners of A-On HB from The Netherlands to Sweden in 2006. ’It took a long time from deciding to move to Sweden and the actually move’ says René Nispeling. There are dozens of questions and several hurdles to take before you take the big step. This is how the idea was born to help others to emigrate to Sweden. Sweden is in great need of a specific labour force. This need will only get grow with the retirement of the socalled baby-boomer generation. The same problem for The Netherlands, but with a population that is slowly nearing 20 million inhabitants the market flexibility is better than in Sweden. It is the population density that makes that many are thinking of moving to the tranquility of Sweden.
Our concept is very simple. We offer individuals or families that fulfill certain requirements a full-service emigration guidance with a guaranteed result. The program consist of an intake discussion in which the candidates are interviewed and get a full explanation of the whole emigration procedure. When the intake results in a positive indication then the candidates will be hosted for an introduction week in Sweden. In this week A-On will guide the candidates through the paperwork and visit for example Skatteverket, Migrationsverket, Arbetsförmedling, a bank, schools and shops. In cooperation with local companies the candidates will scan the house or appartment market. After a reflection period, when the candidates have made their final decision, the real work begins. A-On will first of all start a recruitment search which will lead to an employment for the candidate and/or partner. When that is settled A-On arranges all emigration paperwork and will start to plan with the candidates the move. And also here A-On will take care of the best possible conditions. That is not the end, school registration for children, registration for the Comvux language training, help with filling of forms and translation is what A-On does.
'The cost for the candidates is very limited’ states Maria Blomberg from A-on, ’the funding for all work is sponsored by the interested parties, like the employers who are very interested to hire motivated workers and the local communities that have an interest to receive immigrants with specific skills'.
A-On participates in the emigration fair in The Netherlands. The fair attracts more than 11.000 visitors of which a large part have serious plans to emigrate to Sweden.
